These terms govern your use of the Home Sushi website, online ordering service, and transactional order communications.

Using the website
You may use the website to view menu information and place pickup orders with Home Sushi. You agree to provide accurate order and contact information and to use the service only for lawful purposes.
Orders and availability
All orders are subject to acceptance, item availability, store hours, and production capacity. Estimated preparation and pickup times are estimates and may change due to order volume or other circumstances. We may contact you if an item is unavailable or an order requires clarification.
Prices, taxes, tips, and promotions
Prices are displayed before checkout and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, selected tips, discounts, and the final total are shown before payment. Promotional offers may have separate conditions, expiration dates, and availability limitations.
Payment and refunds
Payment is processed through our payment provider. By placing an order, you authorize the displayed charge. If you believe an order was charged incorrectly or need to request a cancellation or refund, call Home Sushi promptly at +1 (980) 427-5472. Cancellations and refunds depend on whether preparation has begun and the circumstances of the order.
Pickup
Orders must be picked up at the location shown during checkout. Please review your order promptly and contact us if anything appears incorrect. Risk of loss transfers when the order is provided to the customer or the customer's designated recipient.
Food allergies and dietary information
Menu descriptions are provided for convenience. Products may contain or come into contact with fish, shellfish, eggs, dairy, soy, sesame, wheat, nuts, and other allergens. Some products may contain raw or undercooked ingredients. Contact Home Sushi before ordering if you have an allergy or dietary concern. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free preparation environment.
Transactional SMS terms
If you provide a mobile number during checkout, Home Sushi may send transactional messages about your active order, including confirmation, preparation status, pickup readiness, and a secure tracking link. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Delivery of text messages is subject to carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Opting out does not cancel an existing order. See our SMS Consent page.
Website availability
We work to keep the website available and accurate, but the service may occasionally be interrupted, delayed, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis.
