Payment card details are handled by our payment provider. Home Sushi does not receive or store complete payment card numbers.
We may also collect limited technical information, such as browser type, device type, IP address, and website usage data.
How we use information
- Process payment and prepare and fulfill your order.
- Contact you about your active order and pickup.
- Provide a secure order-status tracking link.
- Prevent fraud, troubleshoot issues, and protect our services.

SMS and mobile information
When you provide your mobile number during checkout, we may use it to send transactional messages about the order you placed. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
We do not sell mobile information. Mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers
We use service providers to operate the ordering system. They may process information only as needed to provide services to us, including payment processing, order management, website hosting, database storage, analytics, and transactional text messaging.
These providers may include Square, Twilio, Vercel, Neon, and Google Analytics. Their handling of information is also governed by their respective privacy practices.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill orders, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable obligations. Order-tracking links are designed to expire after the applicable order lifecycle.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
